Couples Therapy

Relationship therapy encourages the parties in a relationship to recognise repeating patterns of distress and to understand and manage troublesome differences that they are experiencing. It focuses on facilitating changes in behaviour by learning new ways of communication, understanding and accepting differences and becoming aware of how our past can influence the present.

Pre-marital Counselling

Pre-marital counselling enables couples to understand their relationship styles they’re bringing into a relationship and how that may influence their married life together. It focuses on enabling couples to work together in a 'couple relationship' from the start.

Divorce and Separation

Divorce and Separation Counselling provides a space for couples and individuals to work through the ending of a marriage or relationship. It will help parters to become aware of their part in the break-up and be able to manage their difficult emotions in helpful ways. Also to process the loss and grief of a relationship ending.

Psychosexual Therapy

Sexual therapy for both couples and individuals enables partners to understand the causes for their dysfunction, symptoms and issues and to become aware of their psychological impact on their sexual functioning.
